Continue with the assembly of the tower of pancakes, placing on a platter one pancake, coat with ganache, then place second pancake and coat it with whipped cream. Add a few pieces of strawberry. Continue the same way, until you put all the pancakes forming a tower. In the last layer, add chocolate, whipped cream, strawberries, our hazelnuts or whatever else you like, and do the decoration of the dish.
