After a few weeks of absence, I come back sharper with a very tasty recipe, that absolutely fits the season ! But let me start with the happy news, since it is the reason for my absence the last weeks, but also for the big intervals without a post. Well, this reason is the sweetest reason that somebody can find to postpone his obligations … For several months was pregnancy, and for the last few weeks the birth of our baby, that I must say has stolen our heart! And how you can even think about doing anything else? Trust me, you just can’t! At the beginning of this first spring month, a sunny Sunday, he decided to come and meet us! Oh, I’m just mad about him…
And after the good news, let’s move on to the recipe I have for you today! An easy, light and classic dessert, which is an ideal choice to finish your Easter lunch! Its few materials and its easy preparation, makes it an ideal choice for a festive table! As for appearance? Extremely strawberry! What are you waiting for?

For caramelized strawberries, put the sugar on a non-stick pan and let it become caramel on a low heat.
Wash and chop the strawberries and add them into the caramel. As soon as their liquids are evaporated, add the balsamic vinegar and boil for 1-2 more minutes.
Remove the caramelized strawberries from the heat and let them cool down.
Serve by placing the caramelized strawberries on the top of your cold panna cotta.
