- ○ 280 ml of warm water
- ○ 2 tbsp olive oil
- ○ 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- ○ 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
In a bowl place the sugar, yeast and 100 ml. lukewarm water and mix thoroughly to dissolve the yeast. The mixer place the flour, make a puddle n pour in the yeast solution. Cover with membrane and leave for 15 minutes in hot place to activate yeast.
At the same time, preheat the oven to 80 ° C for 15 minutes and then quench it. Dissolve the salt in the rest of the water and add it to the bowl with the flour and yeast.
