So I give you a fantastic recipe for dough, that you will love!
In a bowl place the 2 eggs and yoghurt and mix with a handmade wire. Add slowly the melted margarine, continuing stirring, add salt and sugar. Finally add the flour and knead lightly with your hands until you get a nice soft dough. Sprinkle your workbench with flour and open the dough on a 0,5 cm thick sheet using the rolling pin. Using a cup, cut circles on the dough sheet, one close to each other. Without moving the circles of the dough, collect the leftovers and repeat the same procedure. Place the sausages on the dough circles and wrap the sausage pies. Prepare the filling, mixing the Feta cheese, Gouda cheese, egg and plenty of freshly ground pepper. Place with a teaspoon the filling on each of the dough circles, and close the dough with a fork by tapping lightly. Arrange the pies in well greased baking sheet, brush with the egg yolks, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
