Beetroot is known for its beneficial health properties, as well as lower blood pressure, cholesterol reduction and the good functioning of cardiovascular system. Combined with two other beneficial roots, white radish and carrot, are an excellent accompaniment for our meat. Beetroot Salad

- ○ 1 white radish
- ○ 3 medium carrots
- ○ 3 medium beetroots
- ○ 2 green apples
- ○ 1 cup of greek yogurt
- ○ 1 cup of mayonnaise
- ○ salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the beetroots in salted water until tender. Peal and let them cool. Then grate carrots, radish and beetroots and salt and leave them in a colander for 1 hour to drain.
After one hour, we push our grated vegetables and drain well from their fluids. Cut the apples into thin slices and place all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add yogurt and mayonnaise and mix. Finally season. Garnish the Beetroot salad with balsamic cream and walnuts.
