- ○ 270 g. flour for all uses
- ○ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- ○ 220 g. butter
- ○ 100 g. sugar
- ○ 150 g. Brown sugar
- ○ 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ○ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ○ 1 egg yolk + 1
- ○ 100 g. white chocolate drops
- ○ 100 g. dark chocolate drops
- ○ 80 g. ground hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
First put half the amount of butter in a saucepan, and leave a few minutes on high heat to melt and release its aromas. In a deep bowl, add white and brown sugar, melted butter and the rest of the butter and mix well with a hand whisk.
Then add the vanilla and eggs, and mix with quick movements. Pour the flour, in which previously we add baking soda and salt. At this stage we may have to use our hands for mingling, as the dough starts to harden.
Add the minced hazelnuts and the white and dark chocolate drops and knead this mixture for the last time. At this stage this mixture should be sufficiently hard to be able to mold by hand.
Shape into small cookies and place in baking pan, covered with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC in air for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
