The 10 minutes crunchy cheese pie is one of my favorite recipes, as the result is a very crispy pie, which remains as it is for several days, until all of it is consumed. As with any pie, filling can be done with whatever ingredients draw your appetite. For me ideal combinations is a soft, not very salty feta cheese and a spicy cheese like a smoked regato, or parmesan cheese that give a little bit of tension to your pie. 10 Minute Crunchy Cheese PiePrint This
- ○ 1 pack of phyllo pastry
- ○ 500 g feta cheese
- ○ 250 g smoked regato or parmesan cheese
- ○ 1 can of soda (soft drink)
- ○ 1/2 cup of olive oil
In a bowl, rub all the cheeses together and mix. Divide the phyllo pastry into three, so as to make with them three layers. Grease the bottom of a medium pan and place over 1/3 of the leaves after wrinkling them.
Spread half the amount of the cheese and add a little olive oil. Repeat with another layer of phyllo pastry and cheese and finally cover with the rest of the phyllo pastry, which are placed wrinkled.
We draw our pie into pieces, sprinkle with a little olive oil and pour in a can of soda.
Bake at 170 ° C in the air for about 30 minutes or until the pie is golden!
