Here I give you a recipe for tart with mushrooms, easy and delicious!
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. In a nonstick pan, place the olive oil with onion and steam them. then add the mushrooms and stir constantly until soft and lose all their fluids. At this stage, add pepper, oregano and chopped dill. Add the milk and when it boils, add the grated feta cheese and stir constantly until melted and create a uniform mixture. Remove from the heat and let the filling aside to get cold. Oil a baking pan suitable for tarts or a round baking tray and put there the dough. Cut around what excess. Add the stuffing, which must have been at room temperature so as the dough stay crisp. Wrap inward ends left over. cover the surface of the tart with grated regato.
