For parties or lunch with the family or friends, for a cool meal after a hot summer day, as a side dish on a barbecue day, in any case, cold pasta salad is fairly one of our top options. This cool and hearty meal will satisfy not only yourselves but your most pretentious guests as well!

- ○300gr. farfalle
- ○ 200gr. grated Gooda cheese
- ○ 1 chopped red pepper
- ○ 1 chopped green pepper
- ○ 15 ch opped picles
- ○ 10 chopped sundried tomatoes
- ○ 10 chopped slices of bacon
- ○ 1 cup of corn
- ○ chopped lettuce or iceberg salad
for the sauce
- ○ 1 cup of greek yogurt
- ○ 2/3 cup of mayonaise
- ○ 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- ○ 4 tablespoons of mustard
- ○ salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the farfalle in salty water, drain and rinse with water, pour a small amount of olive oil to the pasta
so it will not stick together. Meanwhile, grate the cheese,cut diced bacon and peppers, wash and cut lettuce or iceberg into large pieces
and finely chop the pickles and dried tomatoes.
Mix in a large bowl all our ingredients. In a second bowl add the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard
for the preparation of dressing and mix well to be joined together. Add salt and pepper as desired. Add the dressing to the bowl with the pasta and mix well. Your cool pasta salad is ready!
