Grilled Squid with Lemon-Mustard Sauce

- ○ 1 kilogram of large squids
- ○ 1 lemon
- ○ 4 tbsp olive oil
- ○ 1 tbsp mustard
- ○ Salt, pepper, oregano
- ○ parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
First clean the squids and wash thoroughly. The squids should be large in size if you want to bake them on the grill. Do not bake the tentacles, because they are thick and too hard to be cooked well on the grill.
If you want, you can keep them aside and make them fried.
With a sharp knife, cut the squids into thin slices, carefully, without cut the underside so that the squids retain their shape after baking.
Add to salt, pepper, oregano and a little olive oil to prevent sticking to the grill.
Place in grill and cook on low heat. Do not turn the squids continuously, but let them be cooked first on one side and then on the other.
Prepare the sauce, knocking the juice of a lemon, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper.
Once the squid is cooked, pour the sauce on, to absorb it as it is hot.
Garnish with chopped parsley.

πρωτη φορα κι εγω πειραματίστηκα αλλά πηρα ιδέες από εσένα. Ταλαιπωρήθηκα βέβαια αρκετά στο καθάρισμα αλλά άξιζε !! ! η σάλτσα σου φαίνεται υπέροχη.
