An idea maybe not so original and striking, but always timeless and delicious, savory muffins, fit everywhere! Made with few ingredients, some cheese and sausages, they can make you out of trouble when someone notifies that will visit you at the last minute! With the addition of some more special materials, they can easily gain a place in the buffet of your party! They are a perfect idea for a snack! They can accompany comfortable either coffee or your beer! They are eaten in the morning, afternoon, evening! After so preface, I hopefully convinced you to try my recipe! Here I present one spicy and salty version, which I prefer, however, hold the dosage for the dough and add the materials of choice! These muffins are open to experimentation!
Savory Muffins with Cheese, Green Peppers and Pepperoni

- ○ 2 eggs
- ○ 100 g. greek yoghurt
- ○ 1 pepperoni sausages
- ○ 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ○ 1/2 cup olive oil
- ○ 6 tablespoons self raising flour
- ○ 100 g feta cheese
- ○ 1 green peppers into small cubes
- ○ 1 teaspoons oregano
- ○ pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, place the eggs and yogurt and mix with a hand whisk.
Add the olive oil, continuing to stir, then spices and flour.
Chop the green pepper, the pepperoni and the cheese into small cubes. Then, add them to the mixture and mix well with a spoon. In case for muffins place papers, suitable for baking. Fill trays by the 2/3, leaving little space, because the muffins will rise by baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC in air for 10-15 minutes. Dip a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean, then the muffins are ready!

Tips: To make a large cake in elongated form, double the amount of dose
