Grate the onion on a grater, or alternatively grind in blender. In a saucepan, heat the oil and pour in the onion. Saute onion until the liquid has evaporated and it golden. Add spices, to warm up and leave their aromas.
In a bowl, place the mince, breadcrumbs, vinegar and the mix of onions and spices. If necessary add some water and knead long enough to thoroughly mix the ingredients together. Finally, mold oblong meatballs and place them on pan, covered by a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 230ºC in air.
